Apartment vacation rentals in Adenta Municipality

This is a great apartment in a prime Accra location. The unit is exactly as described. I rented it because of the balcony / view and I was not disappointed. Ben-Ike provided clear instructions and was extremely responsive to any inquires. This will be my “go-to” rental when I am in Accra.

Abruquah’s apartment in Sakumono was exactly what we needed! The place was stylish, clean, and super comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and has everything close by. Abruquah was a great host.. friendly, responsive, and made sure we had a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very well organized with everything you expect for your comfort. The fibre optic internet was extremely fast and working from there was so great. The balcony view was very beautiful too. The Host Bea was very responsive and made sure of my comfort. I cant wait to be back again ....

The apartment- Clean, spacious and very well equipped. Big smart tv, air conditioning functioned very well in both the front room and bedroom and the washer dryer was also a bonus. The bedroom is a great size with a queen sized bed and double mirrored wardrobes. Amenities- A great sized pool, football/basketball ball pitch, a cafe, a small soft play zone for the kids and a pharmacy on site. Mirage residence is very well staffed, with security both at reception and right outside the property who are all very friendly and professional. As a single mum of 2, I always felt safe, although Ghana is very safe anyways. Location- In prime location and within an easy reach of all the hotspots and restaurants. There’s a Melcom supermarket about a 1-2 minute walk which was extremely handy. It’s also a 5- 10 minute drive to the airport (give or take traffic). Host- Ishaq & Mr Godwin were great hosts. Responsive and very accommodating. Mr Godwin went out of his way to ensure my stay was awesome!

Great location good Secuirty

Abigail and Kwabena were excellent hosts, very much helpful and patient since the moment we landed in Ghana till we left. From our delayed arrival to check in to the late night call out to sort out an issues we had.

This was our 2nd stay here. As always the onsite security and support is always beneficial to have. Ivan always responds timely if you have any questions. The property was clean and spacious, some noticeable additions and changes to the space which is a positive. Keep up the good work. I would always choose this place to revisit as when an owner invests in maintenance and improvements you know you’re getting no surprises. This place is a great location and accessible from multiple routes. Plenty of water and power which the solar works great. This is a hidden Gem offering good value and clean modern space (not like many overpriced). Will continue to come back !

This place was amazing! Super clean, beautifully decorated and matched the description/images. The host and his team were friendly and responsive, and everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. The rooftop pool was 10/10. I would definitely stay here again.

Shadia was very accommodating from start to finish. The place is clean and located in a great environment with a mini market and pharmacy downstairs.

Frances was an outstanding host—welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had a great view from the 5th floor. We were greeted with refreshments in the fridge and snacks, which was such a lovely touch. The location is perfect—right across from Accra Mall and close to East Legon and the airport. There’s also a restaurant and mini supermarket at the building’s entrance. Security was excellent, with guards always at the entrance and face recognition access to the lift and apartments. The rooftop pool and private gym offered amazing views. Inside, the apartment had everything we needed: strong air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, and a hot shower with great water pressure. It was spacious, cosy, and homely—peaceful and comfortable throughout. Truly felt like a home away from home. Would absolutely stay here again and I would also recommend to others. I spent a nice week in this modern space with nice touches of decoration. Owusua was extremely quick to respond, and the apartment was ready for occupancy even on very short notice. I truly enjoyed the smart TV with a very wide screen. Also, there is a small walk-in closet, which was my favorite hidden gem of the apartment - I loved it! Brown is my favorite color, so when I saw the pictures of the living room, I did not hesitate, but actually it is a deep grey that prevails throughout the room. I have to say that it is helpful to have a restaurant downstairs, and also very easy to get an Uber to go to the supermarket. Arrival was very smooth with no hassle. One thing to say is that I was hoping that I would have been offered some cleaning services, at least once during a full week, but I may have missed the fine print. Finally, I usually rent places that are less costly for my budget, but I took this rental as a treat for myself, at least for once. The bed is extremely comfortable!

Loved the place. Left a bit early to catch a flight but will surely be returning to extend my stay when I’m back in the country! Thank you for keeping the place so neat and tidy. Self check in was a plus and the front desk plus the hosts were very responsive as well if I ever needed anything.

Good location close to the beach and attractions

Joyce was very accommodating and reachable. Her attendant was always available and helpful with any questions we had. The place was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay. Public transportation was easy walk from appartment.

The apartment was fantastic! It was clean, the view at night was excellent, and it was easy to walk to a popular street nearby. Sander and Rita were terrific, responding to questions quickly. There was an issue with the air conditioning, which I reported to them. They promptly found a technician who came and fixed it.
