A modern new building (48 m²) at the foot of a pine forest, perfectly suited for a family or a group of friends of up to 4 people. Enjoy a peaceful getaway close to nature while maintaining a great connection to the city and the sea. The house is brand new, bright, and equipped with everything necessary for comfort. IMPORTANT to know before booking: The house is on one upper floor, which is accessed by 8 steps, and the stairs currently have no handrails. The house is not suitable for small children and people with mobility impairments. No pets.

Guest house with outdoor hot tub, barbecue area, located in Carnikava 30 minutes drive from Riga. 3 km away is Carnikava beach, promenade with nature trails, 1 km away is park, shopping centers, restaurants, railway station Carnikava. 5 minutes walk to the beach of the river Gauja, Guests have access to a terrace with a dining area under the canopy and a lounge area, a hot tub for an extra fee, which is with an air massage, a hydro massage where you can regain your strength in this haven of peace.

In addition there is grill and fire place and wild forest terrace as well. Host is living on the first floor apartment with entrance on the other side. Sea is 10 min distance by bike, 2.5 km. Riga is 22 km disctance. Ask for possibility to use sauna for an extra charge.

You will stay in the upper part of the house in Carnikava. Our garden and grilling area are great for outdoor activities and calm afternoons. The upstairs terrace is perfect for reading or having long world-saving conversations on warm summer nights. We’ll arrange the grilling gear and the coal if you go for a BBQ dinner in the garden.

EPA Holiday House

A place created for families and friends. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a shower room. EPA Holiday House is located only 30 km from Riga. Very close is the promenade that is leading to the sea and shops can be reached in five to ten minutes on foot. A hot tub is available for an additional fee.
