This is the second time I've stayed at Lucas's place. He is always very attentive and zealous about the stay. Location as advertised, quiet neighborhood and close to everything we need on a daily basis. New, organized and clean furniture and utensils. Super recommended.

My stadium in Renata's apartment was sensational! I felt at home. I was very well received, an impeccable, organized place and I felt quite safe. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back more often.

Great stay, well-designed house.

The apartment has everything you need, it's well-equipped if you want to cook, the bedrooms have good beds and bedding, the bathroom with amenities ( shampoo, conditioner, soap), the whole apartment is well decorated and has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room (which is very good for a warm city like Presidente Prudente). There is a little market in the building. It is close to everything, market, pharmacy, restaurants and has a park to walk. The hostess is very kind and helpful and we feel at home. We have stayed 3 times at the house of Cassia, we highly recommend it.

Great place, the view is beautiful, super quiet, close to the mall and easy access to other locations. Very comfortable bed and sofa. The staff always responded to questions.
