This place was a dream come true! The beautifully built barn actually looks even more enchanting than in the photo. The hosts here put so much effort into making you feel at home! We were just able to enjoy our honeymoon here. Of course, the hot tub and sauna are also particularly worth mentioning. Our dog Lotte was busy watching ships or enjoyed the sun. Thank you very much for having us as guests in this beautiful house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wil's cozy cottage. Peace, birdsong and nature, more a person should not have for a wonderful vacation. We cycled a round of Lauwersmeer, to the beautiful town of Dokkum and the pound's route in Alde Faenen. We followed the transfer to Schiermonnikoog and cycled through the beautiful nature and along the meadows. In the evening it was always nice to come back home. We also enjoyed an evening of the candle-lit hot tub. Thanks Will!

It was a lovely stay. We were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the cottage. The decor of the cottage is very complete including kitchen and necessities. There are even candles, books and games available. Saskia and Joeri are friendly people. We got tips for the environment. It is a cozy cottage. Only minus point in our eyes is that stay is less suitable for the winter months, because it is a bit cold. Fortunately, there is a pallet stove and air conditioning that heat the space!

Sometimes you come to places you think "like this, I'm home". This place to stay is such a place for me. The house has all the comforts. The bedding is silky soft:-) I liked the view and the silence so much. With plenty of time and a little planning, it is easily accessible by public transport (from the Rotterdam area). But the icing on the cake is Griet and Reinoud. Warm, attentive and the full attention. I had all the privacy but there was also room for a nice conversation. I'm looking for a new date:-)

Our stay in the tent at the campsite in Friesland was just fantastic! The tent was spacious, cozy and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing camping holiday. The loving furnishings and the comfortable beds immediately provided a feel-good feeling. I especially loved the great location of the campsite, surrounded by the idyllic nature of Friesland. The proximity to the lakes and the bike paths offers numerous leisure opportunities. The campsite itself is very well maintained, and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. A perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy nature. The tents are a little off the beaten path, so you can enjoy even more privacy. We will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at the farm. Even on hot summer days, it stayed nice and cool inside. Nice to sit among the animals and even get eggs from the chickens. When we indicated that we were missing something small, this was quickly arranged for us by Ida and Herman. As a result, we felt welcome. Recommended!

This was too fun! Super welcome from sweet animals. Everything was also very clearly explained. It was super neat and nice stay. And you can look at the Alpacas from your kitchen window!

We had a very nice stay at the farm, with our family of 5 (two small children and one adolescent). Nice to experience life on a farm up close. Jikkestyn is a very friendly and helpful host, responds quickly and her breakfast was delicious. We did have to get used to the humming noise during milking.

Henk and Roëlle were very responsive from the beginning. Their little cabin is very cosy. They also served a lovely and a very filling breakfast. Highlight for us was the fire pit. Can recommend if you are looking for a quick getaway.

A beautiful, cozy cottage which is really back in time 😁 In the attic a little cramped under the sloping roof, but fine to sleep for your child(ren) The bedstee is also spacious enough to sleep. (for us it was a bit stuffy hot, but the outside temperatures were also tropical) The unfortunate thing is that no window can open in the living room. Furthermore, it had a super nice stay 😀

We had a lovely week with our 3rd children during the autumn holidays. In bad weather, a beautiful indoor playground awaits the children. In nice weather there are several playgrounds and a petting zoo :). In great weather, the lake and beach are waiting for you. ;) Aletta was always available for us and gave us good tips.
