The apartment is splendid, right in the center of Arras , bright, large, very well organized and decorated. It's a pleasure to stay and has all the furniture and amenities you need to come with a baby. Marie Claude was adorable with us, very accommodating, and friendly. Local sweets, chocolates, and beers were waiting for us upon arrival. We'd go back without a second thought

Had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's. It's a quiet and peaceful place, I enjoyed taking advantage of the outdoor terrace, enjoying the spring mildness and the cosmic background😄. Emmanuelle is a very communicative woman who takes care of her guests. I thank Emmanuelle for making my stay pleasant, which felt like a vacation but was professional. Very well located studio, close to the city center. Very clean, functional and quiet.. My short stay in my hometown went very well. I would this property.

A very good stay of a full month in Monelle's home. This one is very close to the train station, which is convenient. The apartment is well arranged in a small secure residence, and well equipped: a good TV, a real sleeping area and not a sofa bed which is a real plus and the kitchen is well supplied with utensils. No hood (but there wouldn't be room to put one) so it's better to ventilate while cooking, but that's a minor detail. As a bonus, a washing machine and dryer are available in the common areas, just don't step on each other's toes. Monelle is easy to reach and accommodating, very good communication, I would recommend it in a second. :)

As described, great value for money! Communication with the host is very fluid and the host is very responsive if needed. I recommend it.

We had a lovely evening and night at Emilie's! What can I say about the accommodation as well as the private space with a hot tub? We're more than won over! It felt almost at home. The host is very responsive, it's instruction to find accommodation, key, parking was more than perfect we found everything right away . The location is perfect, we have everything nearby. The accommodation is super clean, well-equipped, well arranged and bright. The hot tub, separate from the accommodation is super nice! Many thanks for the decor as well as the breakfast. We had a great stay! The place was easy to find and check-in was smooth, even though we arrived late. It was spacious, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Oliver was super friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions that made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!
