My friends and I loved our stay. The apartment was just as described and even looked better in person. We loved how close everything was ( clubs, the mall, restaurants). The housekeepers were so nice and helpful, in fact, all the staff at the apartment were. The host Eliphaz was so nice and responsive and ensured we had a wonderful stay. We loved this place and we’ll definitely be back next year :)

The apartment itself was fine once I got in, but the check-in process was very frustrating. I had booked and paid for a specific unit, yet there was confusion around the details and an attempt to move me elsewhere without clear communication. It took a firm message before I was given the correct information. While the host did apologize for the mix-up, it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The experience left me feeling stressed at a time when things should have been smooth and simple

Loved the property and the host! My beautiful mummy! It was in a good location, the mirrors made the property feel like my own house, the host was super sweet (especially when I would have a hectic schedule getting back home), and it was close to all the food places in east legon. 10/10

Really lovely modern apartment. It was spacious and felt like home from home but more luxurious. 10/10 for cleanliness, facilities and kitchen goods. The quality of the kitchen appliances was very good. A very secure apartment. Host Ebo and assistant Gifty were excellent at communicating by responding quickly to any enquiries. Ebo supplied a very useful and extensive list of restaurants, grocery stores and night hang out spots. Special mention of thanks to the Park Apartments receptionists, security and cleaning staff for their friendly, helpful and professional manner. Would definately stay there again and would recommend it to others.

A serene neighborhood with quick access to a few amenities. Some positive noteworthy things to highlight: 1. Friendly and flexible host - quiet responsive and willing to help/assist. 2. Receptive staff in the building - from the receptionist to the security, everyone was warm and welcoming. Decently dressed as well. 3. The listing was as-is. Two(2) balconies, a modern setup but has potential to be even better. Overall, the environment could use a bit of extra activities (add-ons: private chef, complimentary water/drinks/breakfast items: coffee or choice teas, towels / bathrobes, etc.) and/or entertainment. Good value though as compared to what you get from other places around. I recommend and will be back soon ✅

The apartment was very well organized with everything you expect for your comfort. The fibre optic internet was extremely fast and working from there was so great. The balcony view was very beautiful too. The Host Bea was very responsive and made sure of my comfort. I cant wait to be back again ....

Fabulous host & lovely apartment!

This hidden gem outdoes itself once you get in. Minimalistic with all you need available. While not in the centre of Accra (as she honestly highlights) it is not very far off. I can confidently say so because we hired a car and driving to other parts of Accra wasn’t a chore. The joy in me when I lay on a mattress that wasn’t bent on breaking my tender back. 🥹 Rebecca just had to give you high speed internet with two large screens in the room and living room. Beware of becoming too relaxed when you wake up. It was very helpful as a I could wireless project my laptop to the screen with no lag. I find the separated bathrooms quite handy when you or your partner have had a little too much protein and the ammonia emissions are on the rise 😂 The couch in the living room is much needed to watch SILO or STRAW. Two working stations for your remote work. The kitchen for cooks has the space with the enormous fridge-freezer Oh, let’s not forget the aeration. Rebecca you outdid yourse

I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was very nice and clean, and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights for me was the restaurant right downstairs super convenient and the food was great! The building also had excellent security, which gave me extra peace of mind. If the power happens to go out, don’t worry it comes right back on quickly, so it’s nothing to stress about. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The apartment is beautiful and setup tastefully. The host was very thoughtful with the details. Cabinets were labeled clearly to make finding things easy. This is a great apartment in a prime Accra location. The unit is exactly as described. I rented it because of the balcony / view and I was not disappointed. Ben-Ike provided clear instructions and was extremely responsive to any inquires. This will be my “go-to” rental when I am in Accra.

I can relate my experience to say, 'what you see is what you get, literally'. The pictures I saw and the amenities I was advised was available is exactly what we got, I had no regrets at all, it was simply value for money. I really enjoyed all the street food and joints, and we didn't have to walk far to get what we needed. I and my wife had a swell time, and it was also peaceful, although there were lights out a few times, but it didn't take too much time before the power was restored, other than that, we had a splendid time and Lara herself was very attentive to our requests, soft spoken and receptive. Will do Lara's place again on our next vacation.

The pavilion is a great place to stay in Accra. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with all our enquiries. The flat was exactly as described and was modern, clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. I had a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend and stay again when next in Accra!

I stumbled across Stefania's place while searching for places to stay in Accra and I'm so glad I did. I loved the quaint and cozy vibe. Everything I needed was available in the space. It is well taken care of and offers a cozy respite from the bustling city. Highly recommend!

I would definitley recommend this location and would stay here again. WE LOVED IT! The photos are accurate and the location is convenient to get around the city. It's the perfect place for 2-3 people. The only thing to note is that the primary bedroom has an ensuite bath that is designed with an openish concept (without a door). So, if you plan to share the primary bedroom with another person - it should be with someone that you are OK with seeing them naked...as the bathroom and all of its uses can be seen from the bed. It was perfect for our use because we didn't share rooms - just a heads up for any "friends" thinking about sharing that primary bedroom. The other two bedrooms have bathroom doors and are fine for platonic and romantic sharing of space. Having a kitchen was great - we cooked several meals and the restaurant above delivers to the room if desired. The Hosts were very responsive and the onsite staff were very friendly and always available to assist with matters.
