The apartment was fantastic and better than we had expected. Very relaxing and comfortable. Supermarket across the road. Five mins from the beach and town. Very well stocked and easy place to stay. Recommended

My daughter and I did not get to meet Pieraldo and dealt with Giancarla who was very caring, sharing, friendly and personalable and lives right about the unit. We loved the accommodations! They were a 2 minute walk to the beach at the end of the street. They were exaclty like the photographs, clean, updated with modern elements like the ceiling pot lights acting as low-lit night lights. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach which is located at the end of the street. The nearby grocery store is 5 minute walk and very, very reasonably priced. There were many nearby restaurants and cafés, the people were very friendly and went out of their way to help us as we do not speak Italian. Overall, we loved the experience and recommend this AirBnB!

Per due persone è ottimo, tutto nuovo e pulito. 5 min dal mare, in ottima posizione.

La struttura si compone di tre appartamenti. Quelli messi a disposizione per i clienti sono al piano terra e al secondo piano attico. L'appartamento al primo piano è occupato dal proprietario. Quello al piano terra era ampio, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. La cucina abitabile ampia e super accessoriata è dotata anche di lavastoviglie, pur non essendo indicata tra i servizi. Il bagno è molto ampio e la doccia grande e comodissima. La piscina è una chicca eccezionale, ampia, pulita e illuminata anche di notte; gode di una spettacolare vista sul mare di Casal Velino e sulle campagne ricche di ulivi che circondano la proprietà. La struttura è in posizione isolata, ma comunque vicina al piccolo centro abitato di Acqua Vella, dove è possibile trovare un bar per la colazione mattutina e un piccolo negozio di alimentari. Carmine, il proprietario, persona di rara ospitalità, è sempre stato reattivo alle nostre richieste. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato in frigo acqua e bibite come kit di cortesia

Tento apartmán je priestranný a čistý. Cítili sme sa tam veľmi dobre. Je ideálny pre 3 dospelé osoby. V blízkosti je pláž, obchody aj reštaurácie. Vzdialenosť od prístavu je trochu väčšia. Odporúčame mesto Maiori pre všetkých, ktorí sa nechcú tlačiť v predraženom Amalfi a Positane.

This was by far the best air bnb experience I’ve ever had, the hosts go above and beyond to make sure you have a safe and wonderful stay. They even prepare a list of places to eat and places to see and give you amazing advice about Salerno. The outdoor terrace is so nice we absolutely loved it, they are always there if you need to text them about anything. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who is coming to Salerno! We loved it!

Wie beschrieben hat es viele Treppen bis zur Unterkunft. Auch wenn wir diese an heissen Tagen hassten, zahlte sich der Weg jedesmal aus! Eine wunderschöne Aussicht, ruhige Gegend und tolle Wohnung. Wir fühlten und sehr wohl. Die Unterkunft ist gut gepflegt und hat alles Nötige. Uns gefiel die Einrichtung. Sie ist schlicht, minimalistisch und trotzdem einladend persönlich. Das Dorf Pisciotta ist eine Perle und hat viel zu bieten. Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien!

Lovely place with wonderful views, fabulous food and great host. Highly recommended. The area is superb - friendly people, stunning scenery, whilst not feeling overly touristy. Would definitely stay at Jos' place again when next in the area.

Luigi e Cristina si sono da subito dimostrati degli host disponibilissim e gentilii, viaggiando in moto ho chiesto loro se era possibile lasciarla all'interno della proprietà e così è stato. Alloggio molto luminoso e ben curato. Molto consigliato.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at the villa with a group of 4 friends, and everything exceeded our expectations. Check-in was smooth and welcoming; we were greeted on arrival and kindly helped with our luggage from the nearby parking area. Just keep in mind that to reach the villa, you need to go up and down several stairs, so be prepared for a bit of a workout. The villa itself is brand new, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. One of the highlights is the stunning private terrace surrounded by lemon trees with breathtaking views of the coastline. This was our perfect spot for morning coffee or evening aperitivos. The layout is ideal for a group, featuring three modern bathrooms, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, and very comfortable beds and pillows. On top of that, the host provided us with excellent local recommendations, which truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Amalfi in style and comfort!

Wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The hosts were so sweet and looked after us very well. They live downstairs in the apartment below so can help with restaurant recommendations or local places to visit. Peter (dog) is so friendly and a great little companion whilst you sit on the terrace or by the pool. Do be careful on your way down with the car as there are quite a few large stones.

Nicola il proprietario è stato gentilissimo. Ci ha attesi e accolti preoccupandosi di farci trovare qualcosa di pronto da mangiare e da bere. La casa era immersa nel verde, tra fiori e alberi di limoni. Composta da tre camere, un bel soggiorno con angolo cottura e il bagno. Due verande, una all'ingresso e l'altra sul retro, in cui ci si poteva tranquillamente godere la pace e il canto degli uccellini. Avevamo anche il posto auto e nelle vicinanze, il ristorante e il supermercato. Siamo stati benissimo. Grazie Nicola

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in het 4-slaapkamer appartement van Villa Eddy. Het is een mooi appartement dat geheel voldeed aan de verwachting. Bij aankomst kregen we een rondleiding en uitleg van Paolo. Het zwembad hadden we bijna de gehele periode voor onszelf en was fantastisch mooi, en super schoon. De beheerder (Mahesh), die in het naastgelegen pand verbleef, deed zijn uiterste best om continue alles tip top in orde te houden. De laatste avond heeft Paolo ons hele gezin uitgenodigd om samen met hem pizza's te bakken in de prachtige pizzaoven van Villa Eddy. Het was een ware masterclass en we hebben hier enorm van genoten. We kijken met heel veel plezier terug naar van ons verblijf in Perdifumo!

Posto fantastico, immerso nella natura , con una veduta pazzesca che ti lascia un senso di totale relax. La casetta dotata di ogni comfort così come il giardino, adatto sia a coppie che famiglie con bambini. La piscina con acqua calda il top. Puoi scegliere di scendere giù al mare o Visitare Agropoli e Castellabate, ma puoi semplicemente anche restare lì e goderti il silenzio, gli uccellini al mattino e il bellissimo tramonto la sera. Gentilezza all' accoglienza grazie alla signora Fatima, comunicazione trasparente e sempre presente per ogni esigenza. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Siamo stati 10 giorni a casa di Angelo e Maria e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa era pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort.Dalla splendida terrazza abbiamo goduto di tramonti fantastici..... consigliatissima.

It's a great place to stay with Incredible views. Know that your 15-20 minutes walk downhill to town. It's a nice walk down but we always took a ride back up. It would have been nice to have a car or scooter but circumstances and weather did not permit. we were there for 2 rather rainy days. Would recommend for in-between Salerno visit and Amalfi coast with own transportation. or just chilling out at one spot.

The place is beautiful with great tiles and very spacious. Slightly hard to find because it is in a pedestrian street but if you follow the instructions, you will be fine. Everything was clean and the flat was quiet at night. We asked for an iron and it seems they got us a new iron and ironing board so we were very grateful! There is a good amount of storage space in the flat. The balcony is nice, just be aware the view is of a small parking lot (covered by a net, so no-one can see you) and other buildings but the buildings are pretty, so it’s not a problem.

My family of four had a great stay! Very gracious and friendly host who was quick to respond to all of my questions. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It is in great location. We were able to park our car on a nearby street and easily find the apartment. There are great markets, restaurants, bars, and cute souvenir shops around the apartment. It was really nice to be able to walk everywhere, including the beach. One thing to know is, like many other Italian Coastal towns, there are hills and stairs everywhere you go. You need to climb a few steps to get to the apartment. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to visit again!

Leiligheten stod til forventningene og Federico virket til å være svært opptatt av at vi hadde det fint. Han tipset oss om steder å spise og hjalp oss med bestilling av taxi til og fra sentrum i Salerno, da det ble litt lang å gå. Vi hadde med oss bil og fikk parkering utenfor leiligheten under et overbygg.

Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento! È esattamente come descritto, anzi, ancora meglio dal vivo. Pulitissimo, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort necessario. Posizione perfetta, zona tranquilla e piena di servizi. L’host è stato incredibilmente disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Sicuramente torneremo anche il prossimo anno!
