Our stay in Goriano Valli was exceptional, thanks to Saskia, our amazing host. She arranged a delightful wine tour and got us a delicious lunch basket from the winery. Saskia even has homegrown saffron and truffles for sale! And I can't forget to add that the breakfast in the morning was amazing too. The place itself is spacious, well-equipped, clean, hot water, and was made extra special because it was the place where my family is from. The stunning surroundings and Saskia's hospitality made for an unforgettable five-star experience. It's a great place to just relax or go out in explore all the awesome outdoorsy activities in central Italy. Which are all included in the provided guide. I cannot speak highly enough of this place and the hospitality given. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. The pool was lovely as was the outdoor shower. Highly recommend, will return soon. Thanks Massimo for let us stay at your wonderful home.

We had a wonderful time in La Finestra and were very warmly welcomed upon arrival. The house is well equipped and very comfortably furnished. Our hosts were very friendly and incredibly helpful. We will be happy to come back to Santo Stefano in La Finestra and can only recommend the accommodation to everyone. We thank the hosts very much.

The house is very well situated between Atri and Pineto, and has a fantastic view of the surroundings, ocean and sunset (probably sunrise as well). Paola and Carmine were extremely responsive and gave plenty of good suggestions. The place is also very well equipped if you’re planning on cooking. The only slight downside is that, being just off the road, you can hear the cars going by when you’re in the garden. But even considering that, the place is great value for money.

Excellent property located just below the iconic tower of the beautiful village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, where you can breathe a unique atmosphere. Easy to reach, close enough to the parking lots, you can also leave your car in the square below to load and unload. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts: the kitchen is functional and well-stocked, it was very useful for us throughout the week; the bedroom has a beautiful view of the mountain and a nice balcony; the bedroom located downstairs was a great solution for our almost 4-year-old baby; the bathroom, very clean, is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and convenient drawers. S. Stefano is a small charming village, and an ideal starting point for exploring the surroundings: Campo Imperatore, Rocca Calascio, Bominaco. Stiffe Caves, etc. The host was very nice and helpful, and gave us precise directions for everything. Thanks and see you next time!

Absolutely stunning views from the hill, you can't get this beauty in pictures. The yard was a private and beautiful garden. The apartment is modern and everything is new and quality has not been compromised. The apartment is professionally built and decorated in every detail. The beds were really good to sleep on. Better than a 5-star hotel. There are no disappointments in this place, but it fulfills even the most demanding wishes. The hosts were helpful, nice and hospitable. Thank you.

The accommodation was very spacious, modern and clean. Very convenient parking for the car and the really suggestive landscape. Dita was very kind and helpful. The only sore point is the location of the accommodation. The phone network is practically absent, so to connect to the internet or make a call, I had to move to the surrounding villages. If you want to disconnect from everything, I recommend it. Instead, for those like me who also needed to be reachable, it becomes a bit complicated.
