I loved the house, it was totally the same as the description, Julie was very flexible at check-in and check-out, the house is very close to the beach, I felt at home, I loved the reception with the fruits and the wonderful siriguela tree, lots of space for children, the pool is very good. The only point that my designer eye can't help but mention is the lighting of the part where there are the coconut trees, a bigger lighting will be amazing, but nothing that hinders the stay, they were incredible days.

Great host, space with no reviews, flawless comfort. Awesome place. I hope to return more often.

We went in three families. We were very well accommodated. Large rooms, good, clean bathrooms. The house is great, pleasant leisure area! Jean is very kind, and the Andréia who looks after the house and cooks is wonderful! The house is 15 minutes from downtown Preá. Near the Jeri lagoons: Blue lagoon, Paraíso, blue hole, among others. For those who want to stroll in Jeri and its surroundings is worth it! Preá beach is quiet and very good for swimming. There are stalls for support. Worth it!

Our stay was very quiet and pleasant. We really enjoyed the outside area of the house, which has a wonderful garden. Mr Claudio, who is a "do everything" in the house, appeared every morning with a friendly smile to take care of with all the affection of the garden and the pool; he was very helpful. I recommend this house for those who want to enjoy family time.

Perfect house in everything, location, utensils, leisure area was all perfect, the very attentive host, we love, we have a lot of fun in the pool that is large and spacious as well as the house in general, sorry it was just one day, because the house calls us to stay more, it reminds us of peace and tranquility, we feel at home, no doubt we will return other times, Y LOVE ITA BEACH ❤️

The very good house, spacious rooms, but we had a small problem in the trip because the locator sent us down a path of sand and we were almost bogged down. After we learned everything went well. We also had a problem with the gate, but it was soon resolved. Well-cleaned pool, the house is very close to 2 wonderful spots blue hole and beach lagun. In the announcement I saw that there was a washing machine but there was no, other than this the house is very good, I would go again.

The stay was excellent!!! The apartments we rented were new, very clean and well maintained, big and comfortable. The host was very kind and provided items for a full-fledged breakfast for the whole family, as well as allowing us to join one of the rooms well before the check in time. The place is very charming and the fact that there is constant natural ventilation is delicious, as it allows you to feel and hear the characteristic wind of the region, all the time, in a cool and airy room.

This is the second time we have been to Barrinha de Baixo and the passion for a place for those seeking rest and peace only increases. It was our first time at Eduardo's Chalet and we were delighted with the whimsy in every detail of the accommodation, in addition to being beautiful, the Chalet is very well equipped with everything we need. Everything in very good taste and quality! My only reservation is about the privacy between cottages, as the fences still give a lot of view from one cottage to another, but I believe this is something they are already looking to improve. I saw that there are vines planted in the corners of the fences, maybe one day they can close the field of vision more. The Green cottage, in addition to being the most beautiful among the others, is the one with the best location and privacy. I highly recommend it!!!

It deserves more than 5 stars. Comfortable apartment, perfectly accommodated my family. The leisure area is super complete and beautiful. Wonderful location, right in the center and close to restaurants, bakery, supermarkets. Daiane received us with great sympathy and kindness and Itallo, extremely helpful, answered all my questions before the trip. I highly recommend it and will return more often.

Paco was amazing. From the time I arrived to the time I left, he regularly sms me to make sure everything was okay. His girl who is the caretaker is wonderful. Such a sweetheart. The residence is a stone’s throw away from “downtown” (if you can call it that lol) but far enough away that you don’t hear the noise. The place is well appointed and the value is excellent. My only constructive criticism is that it was advertised as air conditioned and only the bedroom is (not the living room). Otherwise it was exactly as described and I now know why Paco is a Super Host. He responds quickly, he’s friendly and if there is anything you need he gets it for you double time! The stay was beyond expected, all extremely pleasant! The super beautiful, quiet and cozy place. The complete rooms, all the new utensils and everything working very well. To go to two, it is of a peace that seems like a dream. The bathroom is beautiful and the contact with nature is an even more delicious "plus". We had several meals on site and we didn't have any unforeseen with it. From the beginning, Paco was extremely attentive in all the answers and Nete, who helps with cleaning, is an extreme love of a person. It would definitely come back and I intend to go soon!

First of all, I would like to put on record that the place is AMAZING!!! Peace, quiet, tranquility, lush nature, lots of greenery, lots of water, sun, the sound of the wind, the sound of the sea and the birds singing!!!... all this combined with the simplicity of a heavenly place!!! The house is super comfortable, ventilated and met all our needs super well!!!...not to mention the view from the bedroom window that overlooks the garden, which has coconut trees and the beach in the background, which is the best!! Access to the house is super quiet and with stunning views!!! Aline, the hostess, received us excellently, very friendly and polite, gave us great tips and was always ready to help us!!! we will definitely be back soon!!

The cabin is perfect! Everything was very organized, with a blanket and clean towels available. The private pool is a major charm of the place. The accommodation is basically on the edge of Barrinha beach and 10 minutes from Preá beach. For those looking to just rest, staying in the chalet and going to Barrinha beach itself is a great option. But for those looking to go out, the tourism options such as Buraco Azul, Lagun, and other beach clubs are all close (about 15 minutes) and the nightlife option is to go to Preá. Still regarding the chalet, you could make the chalets more private by placing the fences around the entire chalet, in a more closed way. In addition, the location is super to put the cars inside, but they ask you to park outside. Be sure to arrange an exact time for check-in because there is no phone reception, not even for a moment
