The guest house is located on a residential plot near the main building, with its own patio. The house has a double bed 160 cm and a mattress in the loft. To the loft, there is a steep staircase. (Best suited for 2 adults and possibly 1 child)

The house is in an old residential area with a walking distance to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

Welcome to your own little paradise in nature. A charming semi-detached house with an open plan, a cozy sleeping loft, and a fantastic forest setting. Here, you’ll find peace and quiet, just a stone’s throw from swimming lakes but also close to Norrköping city and Kolmården Zoo. The accommodation can accommodate 4 people (double bed in the loft and a sofa bed). Free access to Wi-Fi and Chromecast is connected to the TV. Modern and spacious apartment of 68 square meters. 4 beds, a double bed 180 cm and a bunk bed 90 cm divided into two separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large balcony with garden furniture. Built in 2019. The apartment is located on top of a double garage. Stairs up to the home. Walking distance to public transport to Norrköping as well as grocery store and restaurants in central Åby.

Cozy little cottage of 15m2 overlooking the bay. Swimming-friendly lake 100 meters behind the cabin. Fantastic walking opportunities in the Kolmård forests around the cottage! Private shower, toilet is in a separate building 20 meters from the cottage. The cottage is equipped with the essentials for short stays. Refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave and kitchenware. Hot plate and grill outdoors. Running water is available in the shower area. You need to bring your own linens and towels.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.
