The seasons

Place of relaxation for all seasons. Close to Palmarolle (Grocery store, gasoline) 15 minutes from La Sarre and 45 minutes from Rouyn. The chalet has a Videotron Internet connection, TV with Chromecast. Cottage that can accommodate 4 people. 2 bedrooms upstairs, a double bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. Sofa bed in the living room. 2 bathrooms. Office upstairs. Pleasant cottage, open plan, very well lit by the windows. The lakeshore is private across the width of the property. There is a pleasant little adjacent terrace. It is a small lake, with clear and rather cold water, as it comes mainly from underground sources. No motorized boats (gasoline). Private land, with lots of trees. Campfire area. Forest just behind, with beautiful trails. A snowmobile trail is nearby.
