Jonathan’s place was great, it was modern, very clean and looks exactly like the photos. We had everything we could’ve needed for our extended stay and appreciated the quiet area the flat is located in. Jonathan was a great host, he was very responsive and friendly, just a message away if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Great base to explore Speyside. While Grantown on Spey might not be the most attractions-filled location, it is very well placed and offers all the essentials, including a few good restaurants and cafes. The accommodation itself was great, recently and tastefully refurbished and spotlessly clean. Fiona's instructions were very thorough and she was very responsive. Would definitely go back!

morvens place is brilliant, has everything you could possibly need and the location is brilliant, right in the heart of town so easy to walk to all the local attractions and resturants!

Host was excellent from start to finish. The flat was very clean, well presented and with great walk in shower, everything we had hoped for on booking. Flat is ideally situated for beach and city centre as well as all the attractions in and around Aberdeenshire. Although we had chosen to eat out, the kitchen in the flat has everything you would need to stay home and cook. Great holiday, in excellent accommodation and well looked after by host. I have no hesitation in recommending this flat and will certainly check if it is available next time we visit Aberdeen

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Location is pretty quiet and super close to the beach. Lucie was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. Everything lovely and extremely clean. The situation is great and near to town. We also found a fabulous gastropub nearby which we visited twice as it was so nice. Fraser and Leanne had nice extras like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and earplugs to block traffic noise which were all great. Everything we needed was there with the exception of tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Aberdeen and we also loved the City 😊

A very nice flat which is very close to the centre of town. An excellent place to base yourself from. Perfect for a family of 4. Lounge and kitchen area are perfect for spending down time.

This was a perfect place for us, lovely flat, nice touches with bits supplied for breakfast and snacks, we had a great stay here! The flat was very clean, tidy and ideal location in the town center for all amenities. Chris was such a welcoming and hospitable host. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and was flexible with check-in. Our two weeks stay was very pleasant, we would definitely return when visiting Inverurie again. Jason’s apartment is in an ideal position for access to all that Aberdeen’s town centre has to offer. It has on site parking and is very quiet. The apartment itself has two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a large well fitted kitchen and living room. Jason is a good communicator and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Lauren's place was ideal as I had booked it for my parents and it was in proximity to my place but also to anywhere in the centre of Aberdeen.

Absolutely loved my stay here! I stayed for 2 months and it felt like home. Everything was as described! Sean was very good with communication and anything extra I needed. Would 100% stay again and recommend!

Grace's accommodation was absolutely fantastic! It’s located in a very central but also quiet area, with restaurants and shops easily reachable by foot within minutes. The apartment was well-equipped – we had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had everything for cooking, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. Grace was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

A great flat / apartment for a couple to stay for 2 or 3 nights. Property as described. Don't expect grand views of the river from within the flat but a short walk from the flat will allow you to walk into Ballater and along the riverside. Very quiet and peaceful during the weekend we stayed. Easy and dedicate parking at the flat. I would happily stay again.

My family have stayed at this apartment quite a few times.The apartment was immaculate when we arrived with a gift of delicious shortbread left for us.The apartment is spacious, well equipped,comfortable and well located for all the amenities.

My son and his family stayed in Diana’s place and it was perfect. Especially the games room which we all enjoyed. The flat was central to the village and all amenities. It was perfect and we will use it again.

Iza’s place is perfect for a short stay in Aberdeen. It has everything you need, it’s close to the train station, and you can easily walk to the city centre.
