Lovely flat, clean, modern and tidy in a great location just outside Aberdeen. Sea view included. Jonathan was very attentive in getting back to my messages and we would love to stay here again when we are visiting Cove.

Flat was clean and cozy. We really had a lovely time there. It was very near a bus stop for us to get around and near lots of food options. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Great place. Ideal location as we were visiting family in the Bridge of Don. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Apartment was clean and modern, kitchen was very well laid out. Beds were comfy and rooms a good size. I was visiting family but the property was central and easily accessed

My husband, daughter and I had a great stay at Kim’s place. Free parking right outside, very tidy and lovely decor. The flat was warm, it was very quiet - didn’t hear any noise from other flats/people - and the shower was fabulous! The mattress was also wonderful, super comfortable. Close to the beach, Science Centre, Codona’s, etc, which is great for families. Kim was a lovely host and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Our second time here and another great stay. The place is spacious and well-equipped and easily walkable to local shops, restaurants and pubs; Carron To Mumbai is a great restaurant and only a couple of minutes walk away.

The flat was fantastic. Very clean and smelled great. I loved the big comfy couch to chill out on at the end of the day. It was also stocked with breakfast and coffee on arrival which was fantastic. I had a rental car so it was nice that it had its own parking space. I'd definitely book here again.

Clean and well stocked flat that was walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Rosella and her husband were warm and welcoming hosts - would absolutely stay here again!

We were looking for a three bedroom Place while working in the area We did not expect to get somewhere like this on our budget it is better than some hotels I have stayed in Every thing you need is in this apartment Two rooms en-suite and another er bathroom downstairs We were working late and Angela was kind enough to wait for us as it is a met and greet welcome I would definitely recommend here for anyone visiting the area Regards Kevin

The apartment was great – modern, clean, and in a really central location. Perfect base for our stay. Gemma was very helpful and responsive throughout. Would definitely stay again!

Friendly and helpful Host. Flat is clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped for self catering. Private car park. Great location for walking into Town and easy access to join main roads for seeing the area. Good value. We appreciated the breakfast items left for us.

We had a great couple of nights at the apartment - very comfortable, exactly as described, and very clean. Jenny and David communicated very well in the lead up to the stay to ensure everything went smoothly. Finding the apartment door at the rear of the building was a little tricky however David had tried to call earlier in the day and left a message to explain the process. We had a small issue with the door lock on the inside, but David came straight away to resolve it. The only “nice to have” would have been a dishwasher (especially with having two young kids), but we knew that this wasn’t included in the description of amenities. Having a washing machine definitely came in handy however! All in all, a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Kingseat was a delightful experience. The house was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Ample parking was available, which was a huge plus. The house comfortably accommodated our group of four, making it ideal for a small family or group of friends. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway in Kingseat.

Really enjoyed staying with the couple in Fraserburgh, they really made a house look like a home. I was made to feel very welcome and enjoyed chilling out with the both of them. The bed and facilities in the house were very good and excellent hospitality, will recommend to anyone who is in the area. 10/10.
