Amazing Place to stay would recommend 100% to anyone wanting to visit the small town of Venecia peaceful great for big groups very easy to get there google maps takes your straight there would stay again !!

Beautiful house, excellent hosts and absolute comfort.

What a spectacular view! And so many beautiful birds! We really enjoyed the bird sounds by day and the insect sounds at night. So peaceful! The yard is full of delicious citrus. Be sure to bring a high-clearance vehicle and insect repellent. This is really a lovely place to stay!

I want to thank Beatriz deeply, who was an exceptional host. From the very beginning, she took care of us in a unique and attentive way, making sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. Beatriz really excelled. It was evident that she took the time to anticipate any detail, and her dedication made our experience luxurious. What a pleasure to have had her as a host! The place is simply beautiful, located on a 30th floor that allowed us to enjoy the magic of Sabaneta. The sunrises were stunning, and the sunsets... incredible! I still feel like I'm there, every time I close my eyes. My family was thrilled and very grateful for the experience, and they are already thinking of returning. We enjoyed all the amenities the apartment offers: the pool, gym, Turkish bath, steam bath, soccer and basketball courts, and recreation areas such as the playground

It is a very nice apartment, excellent location, well equipped in all areas and with condominium amenities such as the pool, Turkish, sauna, gym, restaurant, etc. Great!!!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for more than 2 months in this apartment, it was an excellent stay. The place is just like in the photos, there is plenty of space and has everything you need and more. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, a few blocks from the Mayorca and the Itagüi metro. There are also quite a few stores and businesses close by. Daniel is very kind and respectful, always responds very quickly and solves any problem. Communication was good and easy. The apt internet fell a couple of times, but Daniel immediately reacted and fixed the issue. Things to note: - It is the 6th floor in a building with no elevator. For us it was not a problem, even though we arrived with many suitcases. In fact, Daniel was very nice and helped us bring them up. - In front of the building is a cardboard factory, and therefore there is a specific smell throughout the block that is sometimes quite noticeable. That it wasn't an issue either but it's good to note. Thank you very much, we would definitely come back!

I have already stayed here several times before and who always come back I feel at home. The place is beautiful. It has a view of all the mountains practically 360 degrees. The pool is very nice with a perfect area to relax. The site is private enough but less than 15 minutes from the village if anything is needed. The house comes with a lady who helps keep everything clean, organize and very rich kitchen.

Excellent place, very clean and cozy. I'll definitely be back.
