The V.I.P apartment, a new building accommodation completed in summer 2022 with a garden, welcomes you. The accommodation with garden and city views. The spacious apartment has a flat-screen satellite TV, kitchen and seating area, desk and 1 bathroom. Towels and linens are included in the apartment.

Colorful, cozy and modern apartment in an optimal location in a residential area! The forest is a local recreation area just a 5-minute walk away. The Aarau Cantonal Hospital, the artificial ice rink and the Aarau old town with many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The bus stop is 3 minutes away by foot. The highway connection can be reached in 10 minutes.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

Sauna kann auf Anfrage benutzt werden (Fr. 15.-), im Carport ist eine Aufladestation, die auf Anfrage genutzt werden kann (Fr. 10.-/Nacht).
