Our idyllic tiny house is located directly above the pond, which is accessible from the covered veranda. The newly built living area with kitchen, fireplace & a large sofa – which offers sleeping for an additional 2 people – is connected to the old bee house, where the bedroom & wood-fired sauna (20.00 per person) are located. In the middle of the natural & vegetable garden of the Spicher family lies this small oasis, surrounded by chickens in the old village center of the wine-growing village of Schinznach.

When staying in this attractive, cozy apartment in a 350-year-old house, all the important points of contact are close by, making it easy to plan your stay. The apartment on the 2nd floor, originally the owner's apartment, is about 60 m². Tastefully renovated, preserving its old character. There is sleeping accommodation for 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, dryer. No parking spot available outside the house.

In the shade of the trees, you have a small terrace during your stay, the separate entrance can be reached via a few steps.

On the 2nd floor of our house (approx. 1920) is a beautiful, large and bright accommodation with 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 1/2 bathrooms, total area approx. 90 m2, for families or small groups. The bus station is 2 minutes away from the house and in 12 minutes you can walk to the old town of Aarau. If you need to do laundry, we are happy to take care of it for an additional fee.

Villa 28 Pond House Cyprinus

The pond house Cyprinus is located in the garden of Villa 28, a city villa in the garden city of Aarau. In 7 minutes you can walk to the train station, in 3 minutes to the neighborhood shop. Dry toilet and wash basin are available in the Cyprinus pond house. Parking zone D/E with parking pay or with parking disc 3 hours free. In Villa 28 you can also book the Magnolia room with en-suite bathroom.
