The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Right on the border of Blykobbe plantation, 700 meters from the beach and with open expanses in the backyard is this tiny house, which with its location allows you to enjoy nice nature experiences, good hiking, running and mountain biking trails and a good starting point for all the amazing experiences Bornholm offers. The house is simply furnished and well-functioning and has all the basics for a great holiday. Centrally located with 5 km to Rønne and 4 km to Hasle. There are bus connections close by and free parking.

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this lovely holiday apartment with access to outdoor swimming pool and common area with swing, trampoline, fire pit, petanque and a smaller football field, so the kids have something to do on their holiday. You are welcome to bring a pet on vacation. This home is an extremely centrally located home. The holiday home is almost in the middle of Bornholm, and there is therefore easy access to the many, exciting sights on the island.

We liked it so much we booked an extra night! The family has a Bakery/Cafe attached to the rooms where you have breakfast and can also purchase cakes or afternoon snacks. Their bread is EXCELLENT. Very walkable to the entire town, free parking, a fully furnished apartment and beautiful backyard to share with other guests. Loved this place!

If you like a unique space in a quiet setting in the middle of nature, choose this home. It's a luxury heroes. Nothing fancy. But works super nice -also with kids. Only small 20 min to nearest beach. It's the 2nd time we live in the house. Nice to come back.

The home was beautiful in a great quiet location. The check-in worked great. It was all very clean and tidy. We only got the Wi-Fi password on request, soap and toilet paper had to be brought with us. The house has a very nice outdoor area and the sauna was easy to use. We would love to travel there again anytime:)

Summerhouse on the South Coast of Bornholm

Super nice and cozy summerhouse a short distance to a beautiful beach. Located overlooking nature area with the opportunity to see fallow deer and birds - and many stars at night! Big plus with the large terrace to enjoy the summer weather and eat outside, a huge hammock and bikes. However, it's worth being aware that you have to go outside to go into the bathroom. It's a few steps, but may be a bit of a nuisance in the winter if you have to go to the toilet late at night or at night. In addition, there are no doors between the living room and the two beds in the house. It wasn't a problem for us, but we hadn't discovered it from the photos. On the other hand, there was a super nice annex where you can sleep without being disturbed by others.

Really cozy house. Absolutely clean and plenty of space. We could easily be 7 colleagues at the People's Meeting. Very idyllic surroundings. Not a thing to criticize about the experience. Troels was both nice and easy to communicate with.

A lovely countryside home.- with an incredibly nice tranquility view to fields and a single cows and a lovely beautiful blooming garden, which I never made it into, though, that was my fault. Chickens were there somewhere, too. And a couple of friendly dogs to pet. - A beautiful and clean and nice room and kitchen and bathroom, without excess frills, but clean and nice and good.-Ever sweet and friendly and helpful.-A stay to my taste.-And just fine for the price.-ku will easily come again.-and again.
