Very well equipped like a 4* hotel room: 160 x 200 cm bed, 50" Samsung "The Frame" TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, fiber wifi, reversible air conditioning, equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror! Il est proche de la gare Part-Dieu, de Perrache, de la place Bellecour et très bien desservi (tramway, métro et bus à 7-10 min). Tout confort : chambre climatisée, Wifi (fibre optique), lave linge, TV (Netflix et Chromecast), frigo, four, micro-onde, cuisson induction 3 feux, machine nespresso, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux, table et fer à repasser, coffre fort. Cosy studio next to Debourg station

You will find comfort and convenience in this quiet studio, located just 5 mns walk from Debourg metro, tram and bus stations. It is surrounded by different shops, restaurants and cafés. You can reach Part-Dieu and Bellecour in 15'. Confluences museum is closeby as well as the Rhone river banks. Though located in the city, the studio is still quiet at night as it is situated at the rear of the appartement block. If you are coming by car, be aware that you have to pay for parking in the area.

The apartment overlooks the courtyard and is absolutely quiet. I live in the building myself and am therefore responsive if there is a question.
