Spatiul este recent renovat si cuprinde un dormitor mare cu pat matrimonial și baie, un altul mai mic ce are pat stivuibil (pentru una sau doua persoane, dupa caz), chicineta (plita cu inductie, prajitor de paine, frigider, vesela etc.), umbrar si curte.
