Independent unit of a large semi-detached villa surrounded by a private and reserved garden. Living area with double sofa, dining area, separate modern and equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms (two with external entrance from the private patio), two bathrooms with large showers, outdoor shower, patios with conversation areas, loggia with dining area. Air conditioning. The Villa is in the prestigious residential area "Collinetta di Capo Boi" guarded by a caretaker. The beach is very close, 150 m.
